I was happy to go try out this nail salon. Jackie was the first person to welcome me into the salon. She was very polite and friendly. She spoke very good in English. She asked what I needed done filled for acrylic nails French mani. She did a great job. I will go back to see her again. Manicure, Nail art, Acrylic nails

I decided to stop in to this nail salon, because the location was convenient. I walk in the place, & seen it was busy and had no one at the front door to request service. So I asked, how long is the wait? Speaking to an older woman who was doing a pedicure, no answer so I asked again but this time to the girls who were getting there feet done, asked the lady for me and she replied, what you need? Gel nail polish remover and gel manicure. She replied “We are busy”! T Again, I asked, how long is the wait? She then rudely replied again we are busy. I felt as she just dismissed me and did not care about my business. I’ll never go back, I’ll drive a bit more next time, customer service should be friendly and professional. Hope she is having a better day.

This place is horrible. I got my eyebrows waxed and she didn’t even clean off my makeup and waxed as soon as I layed down. I got a pedicure and she was digging the side of nails. 2 weeks later they still hurt and I got an infection. I will never go back Pedicure, Waxing

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst of all HORRIBLE customer service!! My man paid to Get my nails and feet done and he came and sat with me I got my feet and hands done by Kevin HE WAS AWESOME but the other lady was HORRIBLE my boyfriend sat in the pedi chair next to me and Kevin said he could use the massage and the lady keep sneaking over and tuning off his chair when she could have simply just said he couldn’t use it after 30 mins of already sitting there using it then told him when I was done he can’t sit there and made him move !! Just poor customer service!! Then I picked a yellow color had to come back two days later because they cracked off and I just got gel on my regular nail I believe it was the color that was bad because when I came back they wanted to charge me to change the color so I re did the same color and once again Kevin did a great job but again a day later they all cracked ♀️ ♀️ Never again my boyfriend said he will never pay to get my stuff done there again !Services: Manicure, PedicureFirst of all HORRIBLE customer service!! Lily is amazing!! She did a wonderful job on my nails! I totally recommend this shop, very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.
