Do yourself a favor, do not go to this place. First of all, the 2 ladies that were trying to understand what I was looking for (French gel manicure)were very unpleasant and impatient. The lady that did my nails didn’t even talked to me, I showed her the picture of a French nail and when she was done I had to show it to the guy at the front desk when I went to pay. She didn’t clean around my nail, the polish was all uneven, not to mention that she filled my nail way too short and I was telling her I wanted she same length. The guy offered me to redo my nails in red, he did it and I left feeling very bad and I didn’t even tip because they did not apologize for taking to much of my time and still charged me $46 and it doesn’t even look good. Never recommending or coming back. Waste of money and time.

This was my first visit to this nail salon. I was very disappointed in my deluxe pedicure. I felt like I completely wasted my money and my feet didn’t look or feel any better. My biggest concern was that I didn’t see ANY sanitation happening. No cleaning, no liners in the feet bowls, my pumice stone was pulled out of a random drawer full of random stuff, and the metal instruments used on me were not put into an autoclave. I asked if they sanitize everything and she told me they did, but I didn’t witness any of it. And I find it rude when the technician is on her phone while doing the pedicure. Overall, I would not recommend.

Don’t go here. I went to take my acrylics off here, and she didn’t soak them at all. She just peeled them off. Some even bled! I’ve always went to more classy places and they’ve never hurt to get off. She even showed her daughter or coworkers daughter and said “this is what happens with acrylics.” No that’s what happens when you don’t remove them correctly!! It should never hurt that bad. Don’t be fooled. She grinded them down so thin they hurt very bad right now nearly ten hours later.

Ive been coming here for years to get my eyebrows done, but certain people in there are not too friendly. I found that the skinny lady maybe in her 40s, was quite rude and not very talkative at all. Her acrylic nail skills aren’t all too great either. The only one I am satisfied with is the (lack of a better term), “thick” women with black hair that is always up, she always asks what the occasion is and about your day.

Great pedicures. The people working their are friendly. They do facial waxing in the front and not in a private room. The manicures for me are not the best. I keep my nails short and do not wear polish. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

I’ve gone here since I was 4. I don’t get to go too regularly but the owner knows exactly who I am and always makes sure that I’m seen. I trust everyone here with my nails and brows. They’re an excellent salon! They’re also fast!!

The work the technician does is very good. However the amount of money I pay is never the same despite having the exact same service done repeatedly. When I brought up the concern today the guy that runs the desk became loud, rude and combative. That might be the worst customer experience I’ve ever had! I have a right to know what I am paying for.. I won’t be back.
