Critical: QualityI asked for a textured lob (long bob with layers for body) and some framing around the face. I was very precise and showed her twice how long I wanted it. Tina gave me a short bob taking off 2 inches more than I asked with no texture and the framing around my face is not even noticeable. I won’t be returning. Now I have to wait a for it to grow out a few months and find someone that knows how to take instructions.
