Kenzie was one of the first people I connected with when I moved to Upstate NY. The first appointment I had with her, we clicked! She listened to me and made me feel completely comfortable. Her work absolutely speaks for itself. She’s insanely talented, but more than that, she’s a great human being. I’m extremely proud of her for creating a beautiful salon, full of talented, hard-working people. I have since seen other K Rae employees and am blown away at their top-notch skill-level and customer service. This salon deserves all of the positive attention it gets!

Best salon in town! I feel pampered when I go there from the French press coffee with sweet cream to the wine, I always leave feeling refreshed. The stylists all work together to give the best results to their clients & they listen to what you want, my hair turns out perfect every time & never gets that over processed look or feel. I love how healthy my hair has been since K. Rae! Their brow girl is so great too, book ahead she’s always busy!

Emily is one of the best around! I came to her as a “hair model” for blonding 5+ years ago. It took over 5 hours to achieve the color she wanted and I was absolutely floored with the results. Her patience and attention to detail is also something I love about her!! I go into the salon each time just telling Emily to do what she thinks, and I always trust and value her honesty with me as a client. The atmosphere and all of the stylists and K. Rae are wonderful, welcoming, and above all— they all make you feel gorgeous when you walk out of the salon. Kenzie is an amazing owner, and she always takes the time to stop and chat even though I am not her client! I truly would trust any of the stylists at K. Rae.

I absolutely adore everything about K. Rae Salon and Spa. Everything from the staff, services and experience is of the highest quality. Everyone is extremely talented, hard working, so beautiful and most importantly the kindest and sweetest. I’ve personally had color and cuts, facials, hair extensions and massages and every service has been nothing short of amazing.
