Overpriced with no match to the price list. Charged me $37 for a gel polish change, even though I brought my own nail polish! Said it was because i used 3 different colors. Not sure what difference that makes – it took no extra time and it was my own polish! I get that covid hit businesses hard but we can’t start over charging customers when the price list doesn’t reflect.

I can say that this place has an outstanding service, the personal is very professional and super nice, i decided to try Lemons spa pedicure and it was fantastic. The first time in my life i had a hot stone massage for my feet! My feet were on heaven! Also the facial and the cosmetologist Diana were very pleasurable. I highly recommend this place if you decide to spoil yourself. I had an incredible experience in this nail salon this week, we are new to the area and I am exploring the new places. I can say that this place has an outstanding service, the personal is very professional and super nice, i decided to try Lemons spa pedicure and it was fantastic. The two times I’ve been here have been so amazing! My stepmom has been here a multitude of time however and has never been disappointed. I get acrylic nails with gel nail polish and they last for a month before I need to refill them! My second time going I asked one of the ladies there – her name is Song (request her she’s awesome) – to do four different colors on my nails and she had no problem with it! Also, after you get your nails done they do a hand mask on you which makes your skin silky smooth! I highly recommended going here for acrylics for sure if you’re looking!

Best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. people are Very accommodating, and they create an atmosphere of fun which is quite rare as well. Very, very clean with a great professional and courteous staff. Try it, you will never go back to any other salon. They have great Korean tea! And Song, she is great.

Absolutely love this place!! The space is always spotless clean and they follow all disinfecting protocols, which makes me feel safe to still get my nails done. I found this place after moving 3 years ago and have never left! The environment is relaxing, the owner is the sweetest, and the staff work hard and are always smiling. Couldn’t ask for more, highly recommend!

I wish 0 were an option. Avoid this place! There are better places in town further north on 206. The pedicurist was untrained. My toenail had a chip and she pulled the nail off from the skin which was very painful! Moreover, older nail polish was not removed properly which bled through the fresh nail enamel and my feet looked so shabby. I tried to give the owner Annie a chance to fix the problems. She started yelling at me and rudely told me that I should come outside the salon to talk to her.

i wish that i could leave 0 stars. DO NOT go to k-pop for a dip manicure. i have been getting them elsewhere and had no problems but wanted to try something local. my nails were all cracked within a few days and when i went back they tried to tell me it was my fault. i asked to have the dip removed and they told me i would have to pay to have them redone. the manager and a woman who worked there who was translating for her argued with me for about 15 minutes before attempting to fix the issue. i did not want another failed dip manicure so i asked for them to do something else. they did a gel manicure but refused to cut or file my nails that were weak from the entire process of putting on the dip and taking it off days later. they did not care if i left the salon happy and i ended up walking out with yet another unsatisfactory manicure. while i was there two other customers had complaints of broken nails and overcharging for services. ultimately this salon does not care about their customers. i wouldn’t waste my time or money here again.

I had a similar experience to a prior reviewer. The nail salon is close to my job I normally go elsewhere as well I thought I’d give them a try. Within two weeks I also had cracking and my nails were breaking underneath the gel polish I also had the dip done worst job that I’ve ever had in the years that I’ve been having my nails done! they do not speak English they would not understand me anyway if I went back to complain. They also did not understand my request at the onset when I told them I wanted the dip they proceeded without the dip and had to redo it. This made me late for a later engagement very unprofessional lol and most likely used low grade products.
