I chose to give this place a one because of the lack of good customer service that I was personally given. I was charged total $300 to have my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my self, receive a dye and wash and set. I informed them that I am highly diatisfied with the results as my hair was dry and puffy and wouldn’t remain straight the way that they plrw it out, and yet still they charged me full price. I was guaranteed that my hair will remain straight for an entire week however two hours later it looked as if my hair was subjected to a steam room. I have provided pictures if the results directly in the salon and after. The stylist seemed extremely upset with my honesty and expressed no desire to rectify the situation. In fact he argued the job was well done. To be fare the color so far is well done, it covered all of my gray however it’s to soon to determine if it will leak and fade. My hair is left damaged and dry after coming here.

Used to be good before the move. Since it was a Saturday I made a point of making an appointment. Apparently their pedicures are in another room now and after 40 minutes (of being ignored) I walked out. Went around the corner and got taken immediately elsewhere

I’m pretty new to this salon, so I’ve only been to it about 3 times- that being said, I’ve had positive experiences all those previous times. I thought this time would be no different but nope- my hair was absolutely ruined. The hairdresser that I usually see wasn’t there so another one stepped in, and he didn’t seem like he knew or particularly cared about what he was doing. His tools were misplaced and he didn’t use the right ones as a result. I wanted to get a slight undercut, and he shaved the sides of my head to near completely bald! I feel so humiliated and horrible, and there is absolutely no way to fix this except to wait for it to grow out. Needless to say, I’m never going to this salon again.

I went in on lunch break for eye lash tint (it ok btw- still will need mascara) and pedi, i said i have na hour, they were trying to convince me to get a mani too, i said no, that was pushing it! made me late to work, and I got a parking ticket put in quarters for an hour, not bad service just pissed me off. Wish they would try to communicate better what thier clients need, also gave me a brow wax when i asked for briw tint along with the lash tint. One star for customer service! Sorry

I am NEVER returning to this hair salon. I asked the owner to take ONE INCH off my hair and he took SIX. I should have said it to him but he had already done the back. Completely ignored my wishes and now I have an ugly SHORT haircut. Never again.
