I don’t even know where to begin….. this is the 2nd time I’ve been to this salon and have had such poor service, I don’t know how they are when still in business. I called at 10am to see if they had 2 available pedicure spots, and new set with Katie, I was told yes come at 1130. We arrived at 1130, and waited until 12 for our pedicure to start, I kept watching the time because I know that it takes a few hours to have these services done. I was assured multiple times I would be done by 145 in time to pick up my daughter from school, in wich I cannot be late for. As pedicures were finished katie still hadn’t arrived, it was now 115, she finally comes in at 130 and insisted she starts my full set, I said ok but I have to leave at 145 to pick up my daughter, she then kept assuring me that it will be fine, so at 155 I finally said I’m sorry I have to go, my 7yr old needs me to pick her up!! I told her I would be back at 240 so she can finish , upon arriving at 240 she was working on another client, and told me it will be a minute! I said no I will pay for our pedicures and my daughters dip, but I am not waiting anymore for Katie. She would not take no for answer , she physically touched my doughter guiding her back into the salon, when we clearly stated no thank you, she overstepped her boundaries by touching and trying to get us to sit down and not cause a scene, Katie assured me she was going to make it right, she said she was going to give me a discount for making me wait, mind you we were there for a total of 5 hours because of her tardiness. When it came time to pay there was a $4 discount, seriously I said no. Her discounted total was $224, what? I gave her $220 because I don’t want anything for free, but how insulting. She stood up, started yelling at me trying to tell me she did a good job and her services are worth more than that. I just told her that her way of making her and her employee’s mistakes right were totally wrong. This was the second time I had an appointment and had to wait for 30 or more minutes passed my appointment time. My advice is never use this salon, they are not high end , even tho location may say otherwise. And their customer service is horrible. While there were other customers in the salon she was kind and accommodating but when the salon was empty she stood up raised her voice and became very aggressive. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never return to this salon and I will be sure to let everyone I know about my terrible experience. Do better Katie at K nails.

I haven’t had my nails done in over three years and walked into K Nails after reading good reviews. I was not disappointed, Katie was amazing, she gave me my gorgeous nails back. She listened to what I wanted and really customized for me. I also got a pedicure (I don’t remember that ladies name) and the amount of callouses she got off was incredible. I will absolutely become a regular here

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in last Sunday with my girlfriend. We were impressed with the shop at first glance. We were seated and the techs were nice. I asked for dip nails with a flower on my ring fingers she said no problem. I picked my color and showed her a picture. Just wanted my two ring fingers white with simple daisy type flower. The girl dipped my ring fingers first in color and then with white so I could see the underneath green color. She said she needed to do that for the design. I’ve been getting my nails dipped for over 2 years and have never had to put a regular color underneath. After 3 attempts at a flower I just asked for a glitter overlay. The tech “Tammy” then got very upset and very rude. I stayed friendly checked out and left. Immediately I noticed my thumb was bubbly. My girlfriend also got a chip layer that afternoon. We went back Monday afternoon. Were treated VERY rudely. At the end of the fix we asked to speak to the manager. We were told she was too busy to speak to us. Would not take 5 min away from a manicure to discuss our concerns. Also side note while I was waiting to get my nail fixed another client came in and attempted to privately speak with manager who rudely told her she didn’t have time and would have to wait 30 min. The client told her that she was doubly charged on her cc card. She was more patient than I would have been she was coming back in 30 min. The massage and polish on the pedicure was the best I’ve ever received (I am SO SORRY I forgot the woman’s name) and Kenny who did my nails was fantastic! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. “Ann” was very rude! Yelled at me! And they’re always overbooked. They book more people then time they have. They will have you sitting for hours. Not only that, I got a polish change and she charged me $50! No fill No nothing! Literally just a polish change then talked about me to other clients as I left the nail salon. Nail art

I absolutely LOVE K nails and spa. I’ve been going for just a summer but will never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly, take the time to know you, always offer a beverage (which is not mandatory by any establishment) and they always do an incredible job.
