This was my first time here and I was SO IMPRESSED! I was late to my appointment and Kathy very graciously squeezed me in between clients, and my set STILL came out amazing!! Best set I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. The attention to detail was superb, very highly skilled and professionally done! I could rave on and on but the fact is I am a very satisfied customer and WILL be returning. I could move to Alaska and I’d still come back here for a mani when I needed it.

I told the nail tech several times that the design was not good and I didn’t like it. She refused to change it just kept saying it was pretty. nevermind it was for my Christmas nails. Very poor customer service and they have already chipped and broke. Been going here for about a year but won’t be back. Pedicure

I went to get a refill and Susan didn’t even cover my previous nail color she just painted over it when it was originally powder nails I will not be coming back here and Kathy denied my refund and I had to pay a extra 15 to get what I wanted and had my fingers soaking in this liquid for like 20 minutes my fingers was burning then me and my sister was over charged all I wanted was a refill! Just stealing extra money from people ain’t right

I never write reviews but this was truly the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Lisa did my manicure and she cut me several times, so I have dried blood around the edges of my nails. In addition, the polish is painted on so thinly that you can see through it.

Had my nails done for my wedding and was not happy when Kathy was done. She had my nails all different sizes as she didn’t measure them or compare one hand to the other. When I expressed this to her I thought she would correct it and her response was my fingers were smaller on one hand then the other which they clearly are not and the only solution was to file down which I was not ok with and after she was very rude I told her I would get them fixed else where she gave me a attitude, and I walked out.
