First time customer here. I drove 45 min because this salon was recommended by a family member who is a regular to this salon. I will truthfully say this is by far the worst service I have EVER received. My daughter received a gel manicure which 2 nails fell off before we made it home. I got acrylic nails with dip. My nail tech was not capable of filing my nails correctly therefore she had to have another lady come over for assistance. The amount of filing that was done between 2 techs left my tips the same size as my real nail, overall pointless to get acrylics. I asked for just a basic color no design but she insisted on using stickers to enhance the nails. She tried 3 times to put on the curved sticker but each time it would not stick, she ran out of the curved sticker then decided to put on a sticker that didn’t match the other. I told her & the other nail tech i was not pleased with my nails but they kept trying to compliment me to think they looked great. 100% a waste of money and time. I’d go else where. Not to mention my cuticles were pushed down and cut at the end of my service, there was no hand massage or oil for my service or my daughters service.

I had sparkles taken off. Looked at their gel stick things and found gunmetal gray that was not very bright. The base layer is black. The # on the stick and the dip color were totally different. The color was a gray/green. The dip they had was orange. I said I didn’t like it and they pulled 2 options which were a bright green and a holographic silver. I’m like let’s go silver. Well, just got home and here’s my results. I’ve never gotten dip powder before. I don’t think I’ll get it again. My other experiences have been fine which is why I’m giving this a 3/5 stars today. The lady did try to do what she could.

I’ve been to nearly every nail salon in the Sauk Valley area and this one is just the same as the rest. I went with high hopes as I’ve seen and heard lots of recommendations, but my nails came out awful. I asked for short square nails which should be pretty simple, apparently not. The shape of most of my nails are wonky and a few are crooked, one even has a distinct bump where product wasn’t wiped away before the polish. The guy who did my nails knew I was getting them done because I got engaged yesterday which should indicate they’re important, but he seemed to just want me in and out. He absolutely dug into the side of my finger with his nail multiple times trying to push the cuticle back and left it extremely sore. My cuticles look horrible, the acrylic doesn’t go all the way around my nail, and they’re overall sloppy. I definitely will not be back.

Got there early for my appointment and asked if they could see me early. I was told they could and yet instead of seating me they took 2 people who came after me. I waited about 10min more and then left… they obviously did not want my business and I will not go back. I deserve better..

Made an appointment on December 23rd for myself and a friend and I don’t even know why I bothered. We didn’t get to sit together, and my nails were finished before my friend had hers started, despite making the appointment for 2 people. I request that they just push my cuticle back, instead of cutting them, as the always tear and bleed – they cut them anyway. The shaping and painting of the nail was just OK; about half of my nails look deformed because of the uneven distribution of the gel polish. Definitely not worth $35 and I would only return if I had a coupon.

This was a very nice place. It is clean and the staff were all very nice and super helpful. The chairs were very nice and in good working order. They have a couple little pink chairs for little girls to enjoy a pedicure in comfort. Parking was convenient and plentiful.

The salon is so fresh and clean. Sindy did my nails, she is very good at what she does. Very polite and very nice. My nails came out amazing! I went there early in the afternoon no waiting! Thank you this is my new nail spot.
