I really enjoyed my visit today! I got dip on my nails and a pedicure. My husband just got a pedicure. Vincent and Tina did a great job with out pedicures and Tom did a great job with my nails! New to the area and had to find a good salon to get my eyebrows and nails done. Tina is fantastic, she is very friendly and is great at what she does. The place itself has a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

I was not happy with the service I received. I felt as if I was interrupting the technician’s football game. He was watching the football game while filing my nails and buffing my feet. He kept his cell phone on his leg when he was doing my fingernails and kept looking down at his phone while rubbing lotion on my hands and filing my nails. I wonder if the technician even have a license to practice. I couldn’t find any posted. I believe the owners, Tina and Vinnie are probably license technicians, but I would be surprised if any of the other workers are. I won’t be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI was immediately sent to a pedicure chair but then felt almost completely ignored by the woman helping me. She had me place my feet in the tub without presetting the water causing the water to be scalding even when I like hot water on my feet at first before adjusting it and never checking if it was ok. I had to ask about choosing a color when she started adding just a clear coat, she was clearly annoyed having to then get the color. The entire process felt rushed and then she didn’t turn on the light for drying causing my toes to mess up within 10 mins of leaving after sitting for 15 trying to allow them to dry. I went yesterday for a gel pedicure. Unfortunately, the service was not great. The guy I had “Vinh”, used a tool that fell on the floor. I feel I could not relax as I was worried/uncomfortable. He was also talking about my toenail and showing it to another employee. He made me feel uncomfortable. Most employees wore a mask, but not the man who was with me, and he kept coughing. Lastly, he cut my toe. I tried to call and speak to a manager or owner twice, however, they said the manger/owner will be on vacation for “months” and was rude. I do not wish this kind of treatment for anyone.
