Made an appointment for 5 pm. Walked in at 4:59. No welcome. Had to announce myself. Was told to pick a color. Sat in the chair with feet in the water for over 20 minutes. No communication. Saw the other staff working on other clients. No one told me how much longer I’d have to wait. Got up and left. All they had to do was communicate how long it would be but they did not. Only when I was headed to the door did they bother to acknowledge me. Very poor customer service. Not going there again.
