Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mom, sister, grandma, and I came in to get our nails done this afternoon; it was my first time at this place, and I have to say this was one of the most pleasant mani/pedi experiences I’ve ever had. Today (a Monday), only the owners were in, they’re a couple, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating. My grandma didn’t want her nails done but they had her sit in a pedicure chair and even put a movie on for her. I personally get very anxious about getting my nails done, as I bite my cuticles to shreds and often get given grief by nail technicians for the appearance of my fingers. But they were so kind! My nails look incredible, the best mani/pedi I’ve had in awhile. She took such care on every nail and even got us out at a reasonable time since we had to be somewhere after. My mom, sister, grandma, and I came in to get our nails done this afternoon; it was my first time at this place, and I have to say this was one of the most pleasant mani/pedi experiences I’ve ever had. Today (a Monday), only the owners were in, they’re a couple, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating.
