I’ve been going here for 13 years. Over time they have got progressively worse. Today was the last straw. First they messed up my brows one too many times. So I stopped having them do my brows. Today I got the worst shellac pedicure I have ever seen in my life. Maybe its time for Sue to retire. Just look at that polish. Ridiculous. I will not be returning back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is unsanitary and the staff are unprofessional. As I was getting my feet done the lady did not use clean tools to do my feet. The lady did not get all the polish off and attempted to proceed to start painting my nails. The lady was so in the rush and when I advised her she began to yell in another language to other staff. I made the lady stop and left. Few minutes after both of my feet started to burn and itch.

I love my nails, you’ll be able to tell that I’ve tapped into my Christmas spirit with these stand out colors. The nail tech was really cool, she’s very experienced, and seemed to love working on my nails; I felt relaxed. I would definitely recommend this shop others who are straying from their regular tech.

She make sure that she has talented people on her team to cater to whatever new trend that’s out there. The people there do a decent job they are friendly to me, my sisters, my mom and my cousin. it’s kind of a hit or miss sometimes because depending on who you get your nails could look ok or gorgeous.

I have been coming here with my sister for over 10 years. I live in Galveston and still make the drive. Sue is the absolute best in the building!!!. I will wait and have waited over two hours for her with no problem. I highly recommend her. Except on my days that I go. Lol. ( sorta)
