Four stars without a doubt! However, it’s only my first visit, so I reserved the fifth star for a return visit. Please see photos that detail my awesome experience. My question is why each nail tech works with a timer at his/her station. Is the owner timing the worker which could then deny the customer a better experience…?

I do not know why anyone would give this place a bad review. I have been going there since before they changed it to K Nails, back when it was Fancy Nails. I never had any problems with either. Yesterday I went and had a pedi without an appointment and they saw me right away. Everyone at the front was polite, helpful, and efficient. I was seated and had several employees ask if I wanted a refreshment and to see how I was doing. The tech that worked on me, Tony, was wonderful! By far one of the best pedicures I have ever had! I love this place and would recommend to anyone.

I have been going there for some time now. The salon is clean. The atmosphere was relaxing. Most of all the staff were helpful, friendly and kind. I had my eyebrows and lip wax done by Dona. She was amazing. She paid attention to detail and spent a lot of time making sure my brows were even and done well. Honestly, she will be the only one to wax my brows and lips. I also had a pedicure and again Dona did an excellent job and was very detailed. All the staff is nice but Dona is exceptional. In this hurry up world we live in, it is so nice to have someone take pride in what they do and do a wonderful job.

This place is just wonderful! My Mom and I go to Kathy. We love her so much we followed her all the way from her last place. About 45 min away. Our nails never chip or break. The product, professionalism and kindness of this salon is a 5 star experience. Go enjoy a nice atmosphere and employees that treat you “VIP” every single time.

This was my second time using this place. My 7 yr old daughter and myself went and had gel manicures done today. Firstly they acted as if it was a bother to work on a kid, although she followed directions better than most the adults. Later in the evening she went to wash her hands for dinner and her $25 gel manicure came off like stickers. She wasn’t be rough or anything just washing her hands as a normal person does. I paid $25 for about 2 hrs worth of gel manicure on her.

Worst experience I have ever had. I wish I could share pictures of my nails. First off, there was no words exchanged between me and the people doing my nails/toes. I got a pedicure and my nails dipped. The pedicure was rough when he started. I mean trying to trim skin off no where near my nail. The rest wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. My nails are awful. I got French tips. I have white powder that is stuck to the bottom of EVERY finger. (Yes I know I can get it off but it takes them two seconds. And I’ve never had an issue with this anywhere else). I have red glitter on one pinky nail. The white and pink are definitely uneven. When you look at my nail from the side it looks wavy. And I paid $45 just for my nails! Just for the dip. Which is fine, if they looked okay! If I would have known it was going to be $81 for what I got, I would have gone elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else that won’t rush to get you out the door

Friendly service. Beautiful building. Lots of gel colors to pick from. The lady who did my nails was realllllly slow. Not the best nail salon but also not the worst. Prices are normal.

The girl that did my nails seemed to know what she was doing but no. I told her please make sure they curve down and also at the end they were not shiny.They were straight and they are lumpy and she filed away my sides of my nails.She acted like she knew what I was talking about but didnt do my nails the way I wanted. Don’t waste your money.

I walked in even though I saw it was no longer Fancy Nails. Stood waiting to be greeted in front of the receptionist desk for 5 minutes. Yes I counted. Was seen by several employees including 2 ladies who were not busy. I walked out without a greeting or a pedicure.
