Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI just moved to Newport News almost three months & have been trying to find a good nail shop to go to. First shop I tried , I knew halfway through getting my nails done that I’d never return. I decided to look again & came across “ K Nails “ , out of the few shops I seen K Nails had the highest rating, the photos of work done there looked really nice, ALL of the reviews were great , & out of a good 90% of those reviews they all spoke highly of * Jen * so that’s who I decided to make my appointment with. She was very friendly & professional, she made me feel super comfortable. She took her time & did an amazing job on my nails.The hand massage she gave me at the end really won me over ! I just moved to Newport News almost three months & have been trying to find a good nail shop to go to. First shop I tried , I knew halfway through getting my nails done that I’d never return. Every time I call to set up an appointment, Cindy makes it happen! I love how detailed she is with her work. She takes the time to ensure it is to your liking. She listens! I know this is big for us ladies.. we often tell our nail techs this is what we want, but they do things their own way, or attempt too. I can’t thank K Nails enough for the work they do. I love my nail salon! It’s been a long time of me trying to find a steady place. Every time I call to set up an appointment, Cindy makes it happen! I love how detailed she is with her work. Well turns out they weren’t lifting which was good news and I got a fill and cut down because they were too long for me for the job I do. Jen was amazing and so patient with me. She listened to what I wanted and if I was unsure of the service or color she helped me. I had Jen as my nail tech. She was so sweet and kind. I went in for a soak off and dip powder because I thought my nails were lifting. Well turns out they weren’t lifting which was good news and I got a fill and cut down because they were too long for me for the job I do. Jen was amazing and so patient with me. She listened to what I wanted and if I was unsure of the service or color she helped me.
