The worst gel manicure I have ever had. It lasted 2 days and every nail started peeling off. I called and they said to come back so they could fix it, the next day at 2pm. Great! When I arrived at 2pm on time, I waited 15 minutes until anyone even acknowledged me. The woman re-doing my manicure was clearly showing me attitude and annoyed that she had to fix my nails. Nobody ever apologized for the inconvenience I had having to come back and have my nails re-done. Instead, I felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment for noon (my work lunch hour) I arrived early to pick out my polish. They set me up in a Pedicure chair for 10+ minutes. They were just finishing up 2 pedicures and then began on manicures!! while I sat for over 10 minutes with my feet in the water. Why accept appointments when you don’t honor them. Very frustrating. I ended up leaving and then they chose to finally acknowledge me once they figured out I was leaving. Bad business.

LAst minute appoint with my daughter. $25 for a 20 min manicure. Salon smelled so strong of chemicals from Gel etc. The tech even nicked my daughter while cutting cuticle and did nothing, I had to ask for antiseptic. Will not go back
