I included the inspiration pic. From far away, my nails look okay. I don’t know the name of the guy that did my nails but I sat at station #4.

This nail place was amazing! I defiantly recommend! As soon as I walked in great customer service happened! They were very patient and allowed me to pick my color with great recommendations on the side. When I sat down the place was neat and they kindly asked if I was comfortable. The workers has constant washed hands and a clean area with clean tools, Monomer, brushes and fresh drilling pieces were used. The guy was very patient and precise. He prepped my nails and trimmed cuticles. When he was done with the acrylic layout he trimmed and measured to make sure all nails were same size. (Most nail salons don’t do that) The price wasn’t too expensive and I was happy with what I payed for good nails. Overall my experience was great and I highly recommend..

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueVisited K Nails as a walk-in. Went to get mani/pedi’s with my daughter as a holiday treat. They were able to get us in quickly. Sitting in the pedi chair, I showed the tech what I wanted. He informed me that while he could do the design, he could not do regular polish- only gel. I should have put my shoes back on and left. Worst pedicure EVER. He didn’t trim my nails, didn’t do anything for callouses/roughness. Basically it was a foot soak and paint job. I overlooked that because it was something I was doing with my 13 year old daughter and as long as she was happy, I would be happy too. When it was time to move to the mani station, no slip-ons were provided so I had to put my shoes back on over my brand new pedi. Not how other places operate, but I suppose since he used gel polish it didn’t matter- except that I didn’t really get a chance to look at my pedi as I was being herded along. For my nails, the guy automatically started applying tips. I hadn’t asked for or wanted acrylics. Since he already had glue on my nails before I realized what was going on, I figured I’d just go with it. I’ve always been curious about acrylics, but have never gotten them before. I will say he matched the design I showed him, and I was happy with that. Come to find out my daughter’s tech also gave her acrylics without being told or even asking if that was what she wanted. She very specifically told him she wanted her nails short (she loves to draw and can’t do that with long nails), but he did not listen. He also changed the polish color she picked from the almost black purple to a much lighter mauve/plum color. I was finished first and had already paid and tipped before I found out about her experience. Upon leaving the salon, I sent my sister a pic of my first set of acrylics and her response was that I needed to go back and have them fix them. As it turned out, the tips weren’t my put on straight, they weren’t filed evenly, and they were too thick. The bigger problems however were the facts that the tips were not glued flush to my natural nails, and 4 of my nails had gaps between the natural nail and the tip that water and food could get into and I would not be able to clean out, and that to give the nail a more natural shape, he drilled the acrylic along the cuticle to take off some of the thickness, but drilled too far and left red drill/filing lines in my natural nails along the cuticle. Thing is- since I had zero experience with acrylics, I had no idea either of these things were problematic until my sister saw them and I started doing some research. While my sister pushed for me to go back and have them fix my nails, I had zero trust that they would be able to do that without making it worse. So. . . Countless you tube videos later, I no longer have acrylic nails. Honestly, after this experience, I don’t know that I’ll go back to ANY nail salon. It seems they actually just trash your nails with the drills and techniques they use, and I certainly would not recommend anyone go to THIS particular nail salon.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureVisited K Nails as a walk-in. I came in today with a acrylics on and asked to get them taken off and a gel manicure instead of a fill. I’ve given K Nails far too many chances but I think today was the final time I’ll go. He filed the acrylics off as well as filed into my actual nail. After going through that pain, this is the paint job I got along with crooked nails. Waste of $35

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in to get Halloween nails. Was told they could do it. DID NOT LISTEN TO ME! TOLD ME TO WORRY ABOUT MY DESIGN LATER! Then I get to my design and they say they can’t do it after it being chunky, uneven, crooked. I would have got a different color if they couldn’t do it but they would not let me communicate what I wanted done! Jerking me around hitting my hand. Told them just remove them it’s been an unpleasant experience and I do not want them anymore. Then was told someone else could do it. the guy originally doing my nails tells me “get up now I’m cleaning my table” Needless to say I got up and left! I will never return here. Left me in tears. Hands down worst experience of my existence of getting nails. Would 100% not recommend!! My nails look worse than when I went in. Service: Acrylic nailsWent in to get Halloween nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityPaid $80 for uneven, really laughable halloween nails. Don’t recommend this place at all, especially for walk-ins. Also mentioned that I work at a greenhouse, still got this. I won’t be back.Edit: 4 days later I have a broken nail, and almost all the gems fell off. Haven’t been working hard with my hands either. I’ve been here a few times, they always do a good job, but today I had the best pedicure and manicure from David. He is awesome, he even helped with my ingrown toenails which can be very painful if not cut. And the leg & foot massage were amazing. I’ll definitely be going back and requesting David. Last night, I had a appointment at 6pm. I did not hey in a chair until 7pm. Hamnah started my fill. She does amazing work. I was happy that I got her. Not long after, the main guy comes over to finish. He was rough, in a hurry, and got angry because HE did not get the color correct after me saying 238 please 3 times. My nails are uneven, and rough in spots. I have been going there for a long while now with great outcomes and beautiful work. However, between the last visit where the new guy in spot 6, who clearly does not know how to do nails, made 3 fingers bleed and this visit, I think it may be time to move on.

Very very rude, my mom went to John to get her nails filled, a couple days later both her thumb nails chipped so she went in to get them fixed. John offered to do a different color and she politely declined and under his breath he said “you just don’t wanna pay for another color”. Once she was done she asked how much she owed him and he told her to just get out. Horrible customer service, horrible nails, don’t go here unless you want bad nails and bad service.
