I live about 40 minutes away and it is definitely worth the drive the gentleman who does my nails is so sweet and so personable and one of my nails started lifting and he got me right away and fixed it and they are by absolutely favorite new nail place to drive is totally worth it! Omg hands down Knails is the best …. I will never go to another salon but Knails… Let me tell you the place is so friendly and I felt so happy to be there the staff seriously makes you feel comfortable.. It’s upbeat and very professional.. Ryan was my nail tech and I’ve never have been so happy with my nails when I say they were beautiful they were… I recommend you go here you will get amazing service and the high quality of professionalism.. K nails is the best nails salon in town. All the techs are professional and friendly . I was treated like a queen over there. They gave me the most relaxing message that I haven’t get before. The atmosphere in the shop was nice and relaxed. I have been there for few years and never get any issues on my nails. What a wonderful shop! I am highly recommended for you guys to come here.

I got a fill last week, three nails have already cracked. i went it to get fixed about 2 days ago and it took over an hour to get 2 of my nails fixed. i first got seated with a younger girl she had me soak two nails off for almost an hour, then she slipped the nail drill and hit my finger, and kept burning me with the drill. then she glued my nails on unevenly so another lady had to come fix. then a third person polished my nails. when i left i realized that my two nails that were redone were completely uneven from the rest of my nails and were painted so messily. i will not be returning to this salon.

Under new ownership. And it’s NOT good. I have been going there for 2 years and I get dip. This time my nails didn’t even last a week and had several crack. Same with my daughter 🙁

I have been coming to K Nails for 7 years now. Today, a newer nail tech was assigned to do my acrylic full set. I already had acrylic nails on, and instead of soaking my nails to remove them, he used, what I can only describe as, a butter knife to rip my nails off. Super inappropriate to try to cut corners/save time by damaging a client’s nails. Not to mention, painful! I had to ask him to trim my nails evenly before gluing the acrylic to my nails. He did ZERO nail care (cutting cuticles, trimming the actual nail, etc.) before placing the acrylic. When painting my nails, the polish was so clearly old/dried out, and instead of getting a new bottle of polish, he just continued to paint. The final appearance of my nails was lumpy— worst polish job on a set or acrylics I have ever had. My nails are so sore from the removal process. And I have a ton of hangnails because my nails were not properly groomed before placing the acrylic onto them.
