I decided to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get my nails done at this salon and it definitely was not worth the trip. I am displeased with my decision to even try this place out. When I walked in, no one greeted me and no-one provides any guidance, instead they literally just look at you. I was inquiring about a color sample they had and the guy did not know so he had to ask the lady with the orange hair and said “it’s only for dip powder” which is what I wanted anyway. My pedicure was fantastic, no complaints. The staff isn’t that friendly or welcoming. Out of the many years I have been getting my nails done, I have never had someone butcher my poor cuticles. The lady I am assuming whose name is Lily nicked my cuticles at least 5 times which was upsetting because she was talking to her neighbor the entire time. My service was definitely not worth it. To each is their own but I will not be returning to this salon. The more I think about this experience the more upset I get.

I have been going to this business for nearly a year. They are not any better (or worse) than any other nail salon , however, you find a place and they do a pretty good job so you maintain that business relationship. This past week a woman who had not done my nails before, did my nails. In a weeks time I went back twice because her work was poor and the nails just popped off. What this means as a customer is that I have to change my plans and waste my time to go get an unplanned repair. The first one happened to be 2 hours before my flight. SMH! I went in today and these people had the audacity to charge me five dollars for a nail repair. A repair that shouldn’t have been necessary. The person I interacted with had a poor attitude as well (both times that I interacted with her.) When these nail salons, which are on every corner, get so comfortable that they don’t value customers anymore it’s time to change nail salons. I recommend not giving your money to this nail salon.
