I went to K Nails to get waxed, online says open till 5, I got there around quarter of 4. Staff was rude and rushing. The woman who waxed me was nice but rushed through the whole time. She missed three spots on my face that needed to be waxed. Super disappointed.

The last 2 times I’ve been there I have gotten the worst service. I went in for a healthy nail manicure and regular pedicure. Both times I went I called ahead and made appointments. When I got there the lady that did my pedicure went extremely fast it didn’t feel like I got a pedicure at all. She was constantly taking to every one else at the salon and barely paying attention to what she was doing. Needless to say just a couple days later almost all the polish on my toes had lifted.

I love this place. Everyone is very sweet and very professional.. good about working in walk-ins between appointments.. prices are fair enough I can usually leave a 10-15 dollar tip on top of bill.. products used are of good quality and unopened full nail care kit that is disposed after each use.. decorated and set up very organized and chic.. I personally have had great experiences with most of the employees and I get my nails done and my pedis… Waxing I have yet to try.. maybe I’ll try that next.. anyways yes definitely a 5 all the way around..
