Twice this place has turned me down for service because of lack of employees plenty of chairs open but they choose to only operate with two employees they have a sign on the door that says walk-ins welcome and that’s not true they said you have to call and make an appointment but the sign on the door says walk-ins welcome. At 12:30 p.m. they told me they were booked for the rest of the day and they close at 7:00 p.m.

Regardless of reviews, I tried to go here but was turned away at 4 o’clock. They said they didn’t have time for a pedicure. The 1 nail tech was almost done with the 1 nail customer and the 1 pedicurist seemed to be wrapping up the 1 pedicure customer.

I had smae experience as lot other 1 star reviews. I tried to go for walk in. There were only 2 clients and they sent me away saying they were too busy. Thus time I booked an appointment. My appointment was at 2.30. At 2.45 they took me in and then she started saying that I didn’t mentioned when booking appointment that I needed to remover sns and she didn’t have time for it. What was I gonna say on that. I canceled my appointment and walked away. Never going back there again cos obviously they are too busy to do business with you.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have tried to use them multiple times in 3 years. They are are always booked, with only 2 customers…Not even during Covid time. Usually, I have my children with me…2 girls. They roll their eyes when I walk in. This time, I was by myself thinking I would give them a 3rd chance to be professional. He groaned loudly and told me he was booked. This was 2 hours before closing and just me. They could careless if they have customers. To me, I question why they have this business, if they do not want to work. Highly unprofessional. I would use the wonderful place across the street. Best nail job ever. I have acrylic nails with gel polish and they look like my real nails. So beautiful. The people were so kind and I’m sure I drove them crazy talking to my son on the phone while I was there but they didn’t complain. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be back.

Went there for the first time today without an appointment. They squeeze me and my daughter in with kindness and grace! It was Mother’s Day and they had given all the mothers in the shop a day off. How sweet is that!! We will be back!!
