I have been a customer for MANY years! I will never go anywhere else. In the summer at Lake Norman I will come home so Nina can do my nails even though there are plenty nail salons there. I went to get my nails done there because my nail salon that I usually go to is in VA. I wanted the below design and ended up leaving with my nails plain white because he wasn’t skilled enough to do the design. He never informed me that he wasn’t able to do it instead painted it like a child and thought it looked good. Whenever I told him that I just wanted him to do it over again and paint it white, he huffed and puffed and started yanking my hand around. My 4 year old would’ve done a better job at doing my nails. Never going here ever again. And if you have a design you love, this is not the place to go. Simple mani, pedis but nothing more.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to! The man working is extremely rude and rough with your hands. He cut my cuticles numerous times even after I told him that it was hurting and bleeding. If I could give no stars I definitely would! I will never be back here ever! My sister got her nails also and they are horrible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Don’t waste your money and time here!

I had the best pedicure ever! The woman that did it was very attentive and even trimmed out an ingrown toe nail I had. I was not as happy with the gel mani. It was done while I was getting the pedicure – which was fine but it felt very rushed. I got an overlay and within 4 days 4 of my nails were chipped. I had not had my nails done in a long time and it was disappointing to have them only last a few days. But again, the pedicure was amazing – and worth it.

First time to visit and I was impressed. I was seated for my appointment immediately after checking in. At some places, even with an appointment, I’d have to wait. I can’t credit the specific person who did my nails and waxing yesterday, because he never introduced himself, but he did a lovely job on both. What surprised me the most was I was walking out the door 30 minutes sooner than I expected for the work done. Thank you K Nails! Time is money.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityUpdate *** still a long time loyal customer. Nails usually last me about 3-4 weeks and I have a retail job so trucks, stocking they last through it all. ALWAYS make an appointment especially if you are wanting a specific design that is going to be time consuming. I recommend everyone , however Nina is my first choice she does great work. But they all do a good job & if you don’t like something SPEAK UP IN THE MOMENT they are always patient with me and my daughter willing to change something if it isn’t the way I want it etc. & they have never made me to feel uncomfortable when I have asked them to change anything. I don’t care for their pedicures but to each their own. Lots of options & endless color choices 10/10 recommend. ( for reference I get colored acrylic powder , more pricey but more durable & diagnostic choice I like better. I also get a fresh set each time which is Also the more expensive route but a personal choice. To keep the colors from merging or peeking through new designs. )Always a wonderful experience. I was told to ask for Nina or John. But I had to wait till later to get an appt with them so I took who was available. I got the SNS nails for the first time. Henry was the tech. Besides looking like he was mad at the world and not feeling like his person or station was clean, I watched to make sure nothing that could be unsterile would touch me.

We all three left there extremely happy and satisfied I even decided on getting my eyebrows done to and she done great on them and fixed our nails for a fraction of the price that we got our botched nails for. And unlike some places this place was using brand new files on everyone I’ve definitely found my new nail salon!!!
