It was my first time getting my nails done and I don’t like it. My nails were uneven and not even straight obviously not as I explained. They do not clean their tools properly. The lady was on phone all the time and not taking care on details. I wouldn’t recommend K Nails.

I went to here twice to get my acrylic nails removed. My nail beds came out looking like this both times with nail filer lines all across. They feel tender and hurt.. I can’t even buff them to make them look smooth due to pain. When filing, the woman (chair 8) went way past the acrylic and just started shaving my nail beds. I had grown extremely healthy nail beds before I got my acrylics done and knew they would be slightly compromised when getting them off.. but not to this extent. She also filed them really badly that I had to clip them when I got home because the uneven shape was embarrassing. I actually told her I’d file them myself and she insisted to do it for me.. Really disappointed.

Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolutely beyond unhappy with this acrylic set. At first I got gold glitter which was actually just yellow and I asked for silver instead to which she rushed the process and left holes in my manicure. Not only thay but The glitter was rushed and is super spotty. I NEVER leave reviews but this is the second time I’ve gone and will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed AGAIN. Absolutely beyond unhappy with this acrylic set. At first I got gold glitter which was actually just yellow and I asked for silver instead to which she rushed the process and left holes in my manicure. Not only thay but The glitter was rushed and is super spotty. I NEVER leave reviews but this is the second time I’ve gone and will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed AGAIN. Went here for the first time this afternoon and couldn’t have had a better experience! Leena paid great attention to detail and did exactly what I wanted on my nails! She is so talented when it comes to designs and I also love the shape of my nails. Will definitely be coming back here when it’s time to get a fill!

Second time giving this place a shot. They won’t get a third. Matte gel manicure was done with the polish put on so thin that I could still see parts of my nail through it. I had to go back in and fix a few fingers, of which only 1 looked better and 2 looked worse. And in less than a week a few fingers had chips…. did I say it was gel? Waste of money.

This was my first time at this salon and they did an amazing job. Hi did my manicure, in which he took his time perfecting, and Sophia did my pedicure. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I 100% recommend this nail salon. Also, I got my eyebrows waxed and it came out great! This will definitely be my regular nail salon.

Critical: CleanlinessWent in for a simple pedicure. They do not clense their tools properly, ended up with a foot infection and hurts to walk on it.
