I have been coming to K Nail Spa now for 3-4 months. From the first visit, I knew I had found my “place”. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Now they know me by name & I always feel spoiled when I go. 🙂 Eric does my nails and does a PHENOMENAL job and I’m SO glad that I finally found someone I trust and that takes their time to do a good job. Everyone is always so thorough and never rushes on my nails, or my feet when I get a pedicure. It is such a nice, relaxing, and CLEAN spa! I always get compliments on my nails every time I get them done. I love K Nail Spa!

I visited for the first time today. Such an amazing experience. From start to finish the ease of booking online and then signing in, the staff gave me such a warm welcoming. The salon smelled fantastic and was so clean and well organized. I had a full set with gel, matte and ombre done as well as a fantastic pedicure! The attention to detail was also appreciated.

Went in for a male pedicure after going to another lady for years and she retired I thought I would give them a chance. Horrible outcome. Nails are sharp as ever had to come home and cut one myself it was so sharp. Will not be back there.

This is my second time attempting to go to this nail salon. It is right down the street from my home, and I wanted to try it out. The first time that I went in was about two months ago after I saw that walk-ins were welcomed. When I went in, I was the only African-American within the salon. When asked to be serviced, after several minutes of chatter amongst the employees, I was told that they could not get me in today, although walk-ins were supposedly welcomed. While I was disappointed, I thanked them for their service, and departed from the salon.

The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 was for the way they remove the dip powder before starting the new service. Every salon I’ve been to puts a cotton swap on your nail and wraps it in foil until the dip is off. Here they have you put your hands in a bag of nail polish remover and cotton. They tell you just to rub your nails on the cotton. By the time all the color is off your hands are dry and sticky. Washed my hand 3 times and my skin still had the remains what was devolved in the bag all over them. The woman who did my nails then rubbed clean nail polisher remover on my hands to get everything off. That dried out my hands even more. I may consider trying them again IF they changed their process of removal.
