Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband and I went in on a Saturday evening to get pedicures. I got a gel pedicure and he got a basic pedicure with no polish. The pedicures were mediocre and almost rushed, with no massage, but she was the only one there so we understood. My husband paid while I was getting my things together so I did not hear the total was $84 before tip. We didn’t even have polish on to be removed. My husband and I went in on a Saturday evening to get pedicures. I got a gel pedicure and he got a basic pedicure with no polish. The pedicures were mediocre and almost rushed, with no massage, but she was the only one there so we understood. My husband paid while I was getting my things together so I did not hear the total was $84 before tip. We didn’t even have polish on to be removed. My husband and I went Father’s Day and we need another pedi already. We were very polite with our communication as to not cause a problem but she was just rude!! Walked out with polish on my skin and feet not with no lotion on them. Horrible experience! Don’t go here! They took my very long review down so I’ll just say this. Unprofessional, rude, rough, doesn’t care what you want or how you want it done, over priced. My husband and I went Father’s Day and we need another pedi already. We were very polite with our communication as to not cause a problem but she was just rude!! The lady had me soak my hands in a bowl of scalling hot water. I came back and informed her of my cuticles not being cut properly. She focused on my nail polish and ignored my issue with my cuticles. I got a manicure. The polish lasted 3 hours. My cuticles are rough and feel and look like they have not been cut after 1 day. The lady had me soak my hands in a bowl of scalling hot water. I came back and informed her of my cuticles not being cut properly. She focused on my nail polish and ignored my issue with my cuticles. She offered no resolution. I only went there because my salon was booked up. Horrible service.
