The nail tech was very gentle and did not twist my ankles to work on my toenails. Having arthritic joints keeps me from taking care of my feet properly. There was a little pain because my toenails were in bad shape making her job more attentive. She did a great job!! I pray she will do my pedi the next time I come back bc she was gentle. I don’t ask for polish on my toenails bc I have a hard time re-applying it after it has chipped off. This visit was a birthday gift from my daughter.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI will NEVER be back to K & M. They are not welcoming or professional. I made an appointment for 2:00. I arrived 10 minutes early to be courteous and ready when they were. I waited 15 minutes for him to finish with the customer before me. Then, I was expecting to be seating and waited on. However, I was TOLD to “wait a a few minutes” so that he could wait on the walk in customer that was upset because she had been waiting so long because she did not make an appointment. I asked how long I would be waiting and was told it would be 50 extra minutes. I made an appointment for 2 but wasn’t going to be waited on for over an hour. I was also treated with no respect and absolutely no concern with customer service. A walk in should never be taken before a customer with an appointment. Period. It doesn’t matter how long the walk in has been waiting. I was supposed to be guaranteed a time. I went there in October to get my nails done with my best friend. They usually do alright but I’ve never had anything too fancy done there. The people are sometimes rude but I know that working with people everyday can be stressful so I’ve always looked over that. But the last time I went the nail tech cut my finger with the drill and instead of saying sorry or anything he just kept going until it started bleeding and then proceeded to put alcohol on it without warning. Then the final result wasn’t even worth it because they did a sloppy job and missed half my pinky fingernail and my ring finger when painting. Have not been back since.

Unfortunately I won’t be going back. Although they were able to get me right in, the woman doing my pedicure had clipped down to my skin twice. She didn’t apologize, just blotted and sprayed with alcohol (ouch!) and continued to paint my nails as I was still bleeding. It’s been 20 minutes after getting up and yes, I am still bleeding.

I just got my nails done by Vikki yesterday and they look absolutely amazing. So many people complemented me on them. They were so good even a guy said, “those are some pretty nails.” I am going back today to have a pedicure some with Vikki can’t wait to see if she can do this style next.

I had powder dip nails done. The lady put it on in layers like i had never had done before. I have had powder dip done plenty of times before. I gave her the benfit of doubt. Walked out of the door, one of them cracked. By the end of day 2, several had broke and lifted and now look like hell! I don’t recommend getting powder dip nails here. I wasted my money on this one. I’ll be going back to my normal salon to get these fixed.

Worst place I’ve ever been! I went with a pregnant friend to get pedicures before she has her baby. Both of our ladies were SO rough. My friend had to ask hers to ease up. My lady dropped tools on the floor, dipped them in my water and still used them on my toes. I know. I should have stopped her. I’m to nice to stand up for myself. Now I’m going to the doctor tomorrow because my big toe on my right foot is so inflamed and infected I can’t even wear sneakers with out being in pain.
