We always have excellent service at K Luxury Nails! They are super prompt with appointment time. The gel manicure is usually what my daughter and I treat ourselves to for special occasions. This appointment we had the added Mickey Mlouse design for our upcoming trip to Disney, and again the staff was very accommodating. The extra hand wax and lotion massage at the end is a true treat! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Absolutely loved it here! The staff is very kind, and the quality of their work is the best I’ve ever seen. I got a full set of acrylics + gel polish and it seemed to take no time at all– even during a very busy time of day. Plus the prices can’t be beaten. Will definitely be returning!

Had never been before, didn’t like the idea it is cash only and nobody told me that before my arrival. Had to leave and come back, not huge deal just annoying. I’m told to, pick color and gestures to the wall of regular polish. I pick my color, never knowing there was a whole stack of gel polish behind the counter and off to the side. i sit to start, lady come over tries to take polish off with remover, i had gel polish on my toes when i came in. She gets visible frustrated and speaks in another language to anothet guy who was working on a manicure on another lady. He comes over, BARE HANDED, which is fine with me, but he goes through the motions of a very quick 5minute pedi of trimming, filing, ect… then goes right back to working on the other ladies manicure WITHOUT washing his hands. The lack of communication and lack of cleanliness was astonishing for a nail salon. I won’t be going back again

I told a guy that I want my nails in square shape I don’t know what happened but this guy started making my nails like almond when I told him I don’t want that I want square, he start to say it’s OK don’t worry about it I’m like no I want square nails he get mad and he’s like do you want it or not I was like no take them off so this guy took all the nails off and he’s like OK you can go now what kind of service is that if I want my square nails I pretend to get my square nails no what this guy want and this place is dirty

Clean and did a great job on my nails. However, they do NOT do designs as it shows on their website and you cannot just walk in, must have an appointment or they turn you away. Staff was not very friendly. Just felt unwelcome the whole time. But again, did a great job and listened to what I wanted.

The man who did my nails was very nice, quick and did well on the pattern i wanted, the place was decently clean but thats about where the good ends. Def get gel because just a regular nail color and pattern chipped off after a day. Which was really disappointing. The man who i think is owner was very polite but very busy, he was answer phone, doing mani pedi, and working on a schedule all at once. He definitely needs some help. He got me in last minute which was nice but I was very disappointed with the nail polish chipping so quickly.

I have only ever had horrible experiences since I was 16 from at least 6-8 places. I went in extremely hesitant thinking here we go again. Well they took me right away. They have a ton of different colors it was incredible. You could smell the cleanliness of the building. I got my toenails done within 10 minutes if that. Extremely fast and polite. The other lady was even cleaning the foot bowls which I’ve never seen anywhere else. So I booked for a full set appointment! I am very pleased with my experience and the prices are great. Will be returning only to this location!
