I have been going to Kelly for the past 2 years. Kelly is amazzzing!! Kelly is very good at what she does and takes the time to perfect her work! I leave every appointment so happy and satisfied with my fills!! Kelly uses nothing but the best lashes! I ask her to make my lash extensions natural looking but full, and she nails it every time! I finally decided to get lash extensions for the very first time. K Lash & Spa allows you to book online so that alone is very convenient. After reading all the rave reviews online with Kelly I decided to book my appointment with her. She was friendly, professional, and very informative on how to properly care and maintain my lashes. Been coming here for a year just cuz it’s walking distance but, this place always disappoints! My acrylic nails break all the time, then I switched to shellac and In a week or less they lift and start chipping ! The only good part about this is they will redo your acrylic nail at no charge it breaks, which makes sense, since it breaks so quick ! Officially looking for a new place.

What a wonderful and welcoming place! My sister had her nails done here the day before her wedding, she was ecstatic with how beautiful they were. They are amazing at what they do, true artists! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. She showed them a picture and they exceeded her expectations. After a truly terrible experience at a nearby nail salon this place was a true life saver!!

I had lash extensions put on here and had to go back the next day to fix as my eyes did not look the same. The glue and her under eye pads burned my eyes so bad that i had a hard time seeing to drive when I left and eyes watered for probably 2-3 hours after as well. She fixed them as best she could but my eyes felt heavy from the glue lumps especially on my right eye. I had booked my refill 2 weeks out, when I showed up for my appointment she was giving someone a massage. To my surprise she said I had your first name on the appointment but no phone number. So she decided to take another appointment over mine, and ask me to come back later when I had already left work early for my appointment. I left her office knowing I would never use her again or refer her to anyone. I went to someone else who has been doing lashes and skin care for over 10 years, there was a lot of cleanup from clumpy glue. Once that was done and my new fill complete, it was amazing I could not even fill the lashes, nor the glue.
