Come there often my biggest disappointed is that they are not loyal to their customs. They only see dollar signs which means the rush you at any means necessary. My nails look completely terrible the acrylic is attach to my skin and I’m aggravated bc I can’t do anything about it until my nails grow out. There’s also way to much acrylic on my nails so they look fat and bulk with no shape bc she didn’t have time to shape them correctly. Some of my nails are even slanted. Messed up my nails once and did it a second time. I’m embarrassed to even hold my hand out now I have to go somewhere else to have them reshape and paint them. These are my nails after 2 days I think I’m completely done with them. Moral of the story do not go if you even think they will be busy. Pedicure was terrible the man didn’t even know how to file my toe nails and didn’t once massage my feet. He was a fill in bc they only have to people that run the shop and he was sooooo terrible

Critical: QualityWent to this salon because my regular tech was busy. I got there at 9 a.m. opening time on a Saturday but I should have kept going when I noticed there were no customers. The lady said her name was Len. Needless to say she cut every cuticle with her drill as if she couldnt see, I shaped my own nails because she could not get the shape right and my pinky has been sore and red since then. Today as I am out getting breakfast I happened to look down and see my cuticle bleeding! Went to this salon because my regular tech was busy. I got there at 9 a.m. opening time on a Saturday but I should have kept going when I noticed there were no customers. The lady said her name was Len. Needless to say she cut every cuticle with her drill as if she couldnt see, I shaped my own nails because she could not get the shape right and my pinky has been sore and red since then.
