This is place is beyong amazing! The level of professionalism and care all the style do is amazing. They had worked with my schedule and accommodated! I went to another two salon in town but this is the first place where they treated me with care and respect! I have been going to this studio for some years now. I started out with Kyra, who is the owner of KL Hair studios. She is sweet, professional and extremely talented. She did a major color correction and I couldn’t have been happier. Fast forward some years I switched to Jasper Jade, since she was a close friend of mine. She was extremely professional and talented! I also started to get my brows done by Brenda, she does an amazing job! Very quick and I’m always coming out feeling my best. I feel as this studio is so friendly and inviting, it’s like a family! Nothing but great things to say!

Critical: ProfessionalismAbsolutely terrible!! I called to get in for a plain ol’ haircut. Nothing fancy, just a cut. My appointment was made for a Wednesday afternoon, only to get a text that my appointment was to be rescheduled for Thursday. Okay, no big deal, what’s one day? So here we are, Thursday afternoon an hour before my haircut appointment I get another text that my appointment was rescheduled for six days in the future!!!??? I called the office numerous times before someone finally answered, turns out, the beautician rescheduled THE WRONG CLIENT! So they asked me to come in (30 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and I said I would, but I ended up finding another place that had the opening right away.
