I had an appointment at 11:30. I got the basic pedicure and was in and out in 20 minutes. I felt so rushed. I had to ask the gal doing my pedicure to fix a callus that I had on my big toe and she had no idea how to do it. She started cutting it with the cuticle cutters!! I got home and the nail polish is “soft” and if I touch it it makes a mark. Two of my toes are already ruined and its only been an hour since my pedicure has been done. I will NEVER go back.

GREAT, I was on a tight schedule & time crunch, and I only had one opportunity to get my nails done between graduations ceremonies and a wedding I was in, I work all day and a lot of salons close shortly after I get out. Anyways, I had tried a previous nail salon that closed at 8pm, I was there at 6:30 and they couldn’t get me in, “45 min wait, Come back tomorrow?” I couldn’t come back so I was on the hunt, looked up this place, now 6:45 and closing in 15 minutes, I walked in asking if they could do a fresh set of acrylic nails, they happily said they could, I was so happy. however a fresh set took a long time and I was there after their closing time they were still very patience and kind. They didn’t do a rushed job and still gave me a quality set of nails. I felt bad for coming so late and being there while they closed up but they were so nice and sweet. The place itself was well kept and neatly organized. Prices were also reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a drive for me because I was looking last minute for a place I will go back. I had wonderful experience. Also, I typically pay tip in cash, but I didn’t have any cash on me and I tipped on the card and they didn’t give me a hard time!

I am SO disappointed in my pedicure. We had an appointment for 1. My daughter and I got to the station within 5 minutes. However, I got a good 15- 20 soak in luke warm water before they even talked to me. My daughters pedicure started about 10 or so minutes before. My pedicure was over before hers. My nail person wanted to add shellac and a manicure but I kept saying no just an normal pedicure with french polish. I was done in 15- 20 minutes. I still have rough heels. My polish is all uneven and my nails are uneven. I still have hanging skin from my toenail bed. I did not leave a tip. I expressed my unhappiness to a “manager” she said she wound fix them. I did not have time for someone else to take the time to redo something that should be been done right the first time. I feel that if the nail tech. did not want to take the time to do it right and just wanted to hurry since I wasn’t getting anything extra, she should have let me have someone that did care. My daughter’s toes did turn out nice. I guess it depends on who you get. That should not be the way to run a business. I do not think I will go back. After, reading reviews it sounds like pedicures are rushed quiet often.

All the ladies are friendly and they absolutely make you feel special. The mani and pedi services are great! I had horrible ingrown toenails and Misty has fixed that for me over the years! My nails always look amazing and she’s very accommodating when I come in with a new nail art design I want. Ive been going here for about 3years. Misty is the absolute BEST! All the ladies are friendly and they absolutely make you feel special. The mani and pedi services are great! I had horrible ingrown toenails and Misty has fixed that for me over the years! My nails always look amazing and she’s very accommodating when I come in with a new nail art design I want. Definitely will continue to come back every 2 weeks for a fill and once a month for my pedi!

Critical: QualityAfter calling a few days in advance I got to the salon where they didn’t even have my name written down. They said I had never called when really I had, just 3 days before. They were still able to get me in but it was a little frustrating. I got a new set of acrylics, they are uneven, crooked, and they broke off within 6-7 days of having them. I’ve gotten my nails done here before, but never acrylics and I’m kind of disappointed in how they came out. After calling a few days in advance I got to the salon where they didn’t even have my name written down. They said I had never called when really I had, just 3 days before. They were still able to get me in but it was a little frustrating. I got a new set of acrylics, they are uneven, crooked, and they broke off within 6-7 days of having them.
