Yesterday was the first time I had ever gotten my nails done and the ladies at the front desk were really helpful about telling me the different types of nails that they could do. Angel was very nice. I showed her the design I wanted and she was able to copy it perfectly. She even helped me pick out colors and gave good suggestions. She took her time and was really friendly. I will most likely ask her to do my nails again. I loved her.

I’m screaming and crying. For $50 I think my boyfriend would’ve done a better job. Went in for a refill I already had my nails done, how they went to this I don’t know. Not only are they cut down to the nubs but they are circle definitely not the square shape I started off with. The acrylic isn’t even filed down it looks like I have globs on my fingers. Tipped the poor girl five because bless her soul, she needs a new career.

I’d attended here a few times with a family member and we had Cindy and Kiki who were both very sweet, personable, and nice. The last time I went last month was the first time I’d been this year and I didn’t have the best experience. I had a new tech who gave me a hard time about getting a design (saying that designs are only with gel polish which I know isnt true) and generally it just felt like she was trying to upsell me most of the visit. Only after threatening to leave if they couldn’t paint my nails and do the design with the plain polished I asked for did they proceed without badgering me for an upcharge. Mind you, of the 5-6 times I’ve been here, I’ve always gotten the same thing (mani pedi w a design all w regular polish).

I needed my nail polish changes. The technicians started arguing with each other. They were loud and distracting especially since one of them was doing my polish change. My companion was waiting to have her pedicure started but they tried to take another customer ahead to of her who didn’t have an appointment either. I was upset since they asked us to sign in and wait 25 minutes which we did gladly. But the arguing back and forth by the Technicians was upsetting. The tech squared off my nails and I wanted them rounded. I paid over $80.00 that day and left feeling horrible. Thank will not return there.

I sat in the pedi chair just after 11:45. I was in the chair to dry my nails by 12pm- no exaggeration. This was the fastest pedi I’ve ever had and it shows. She was rushing, barely did my cuticles and my nails were trimmed and painted unevenly. So not worth the $30 I paid plus tip. I will not be coming back here. Pedicure

Such a lovely experience! I’d highly recommend. Not only were the staff kind they were very accommodating. I received a manicure, a pedicure, my eyebrows done & my sister got the same. This first image with all the tie-dye Color scheme was done entirely free-hand! I was in awe of this nail techs skills. I already think doing nails is an art form, but to had this detailing/art is amazing! I wish they weren’t all the way in the corner of the Mall, I feel a lot of people are missing out cause they can’t & don’t see them(Unless you’re visiting the Dollar Store). I was also pleased with how clean every corner of the place was..they were close to closing, but still took us & took their absolute time on each nail, that was very comforting. A lot of nail salons I’ve experienced in the past rush when it’s time for them to leave(understandably so) but I think they shouldn’t take a new person on if it’s close to closing. Lastly I love that they have a sign in area that offers a coupon after filing out the form about your health(referring to COVID). So happy I found this salon & I look forward to coming back!!

Very good experience! I very highly recommend. The staff are friendly and very helpful, chatting together, and the environment is comfortable. I had a manicure and pedicure that were professional and comfortable. It’s totally different from other salons I’ve been to.
