I was charged 41$ for a color change and 1 nail to be fixed now that was ok I love my nails to look nice … now wut I dnt care for is my gel polish to peel the every next day and its a snow storm so I can’t get it fixed im trying to call n leave a message but the phone jus hanges up .. dnt waste ur money

HORRIBLE !!!!!! I have been getting my nails done here for over a year as I use to work rather close and it use to be very good service, I currently work at a different place and haven’t been in awhile but I went last week with my daughters and it was the WORST experience EVER ! The lady who did my nails left after polishing my nails and leaving my two finger nails undone because she didn’t know how to do the design I wanted I had to wait for another nail tech to finish another ladies nails and do a pedicure before she finished my nails meanwhile I had an appointment.

I’ve been going to this salon for a few years now and for the past few months it has been an awful experience. Seems the younger girls who were working there are gone. The new older women are horrible. No personality . They rush you to get to the next customer , you have an appointment and they take walkins and make you wait. The past 6 weeks it’s so hot and humid in there , don’t believe they are putting the A/C on. Probably too cheap . Massage your legs so hard it hurts because they want to finish . Worse polish job ever. I’m done, never going there again!

THE WORST NAIL SALON experience ever. I should’ve walked out the second I walked into an immediate headache from the toxic fumes. Horrible selection on strange brand colors, careless pedicure, the color dried like wrinkled paper, I called as soon as I got home and they refused to give me any refund or the business owners name for me to contact! Super unprofessional and clueless when it comes to customer service. What a waste of time and money! Consumers beware, stay away!

Just went there for the first time. My gel manicure came out so badly. It looked not so great inside but when I went outside terrible. They painted over my cuticles and the gel has bubbles and scratches.

I walked in sat down for 10 minutes before I was told they couldn’t give me a regular manicure because I didn’t have an appointment, mind you there was maybe 1 other person waiting and they were not busy. Exactly why I stopped going here to begin with because the service SUCKS!
