I’ve gone to K&J nails on and off for over 10 years and the experience always varies. Second to last visit I was very satisfied with my nails. This time not at all. The acrylic is uneven on several nails.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have to say I am very disappointed with my service. When I walked in they were kinda rude and the lady smacked my arm to put the polish choices down when I was looking at it after they told me to pick a color. Then, told me to go to the pedicure station. I wanted to give this place a chance so I didn’t say anything. My pedicure was not that great and my polish is very thin looking on my toes. I got gel for toes and hands. My service was very rushed and I did not feel like a welcomed guest. When it got to my manicure they cut up all my fingers and the polish is very clumpy. I’m really unhappy and I wish I could just get my money back.

Got a gel mani. She did a decent job, but I find it pretty ridiculous that they charged me $12 extra just for getting each nail a different color. Was told $23 dollars for a gel manicure, and then was told $35 when I said I wanted 10 colors. Not sure how using a different color on every nail is a $12 charge, but okay. Lol. Manicure

They are very busy, they work fast. Unfortunately detail and customer service gets loss in the hustle and bustle. I watch two people get upset with the service in the 2 hours I was there. They tend to push “design” but do excellent designs. My daughter nails for prom were close enough to what she asked for except for thumbs are much shorter than the rest of the nails. And there was some confusion in the design even with a picture. My daughter also stated that she didn’t feel like she had much of a choice in the length.

Friendly staff, great work. They take debit/credit cards for services, cash only for tips. I came here because my normal place was closed on Sunday. I was there for 2 hours for a gel mani-pedi, reasonable time for a fairly steady crowd. Appointments recommended but not required.

The employees didn’t have a “customer is always right” attitude and were being quite rude to me a minor and an 8 year old attending here with me. It was my first time getting my nails done. The girls were friendly and the place was clean. They have a killer massage chair. It felt sooo good. They massage your feet and hands. It was a birthday present and I totally enjoyed it.

Been going her for 2 months because I needed a new salon to go to in the area . Could not have been more satisfied with a nail salon ! The ladies there are amazing , friendly and professional! They do everything they can to make sure you are Happy when you walk out . Prices are best in town ! She never UP charges you for multi colors , cut downs or nail length ! Amy loves when I come in because I Always ask her to do something fun and creative ! She has even gone out and bought colors because I ask for them ! She makes an effort to get to know her customers and the things you like. Never been happier with my nails
