Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo I’ll be honest I just moved to the area and I knew this salon had decent reviews. When I came I around 1:30 the first lady told me that they could start my feet In five minutes and that they would be able to start mails in about an hour. So i figured i was getting my feet done it wou take at least 45 min. I got my feet done and loved them. Then the wait of all waits. I was able to go home after four people whom came after me were taken care of first . I went come came back and still waited almost another hour . So I’ll be honest I just moved to the area and I knew this salon had decent reviews. When I came I around 1:30 the first lady told me that they could start my feet In five minutes and that they would be able to start mails in about an hour. So i figured i was getting my feet done it wou take at least 45 min. I got my feet done and loved them. Then the wait of all waits. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI got an infection from unsterile tools used to do my pedicure!!! It’s painful, red and swollen!! Will be calling the department of health to stop by and do a random check up to see if they are sanitizing correctly in between customers! Please don’t play ya self the way I did!!! It’s not worth it!Service: Pedicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done here and they cut my fingers multiple times , the worker had a really bad attitude, she told me that it was my fault that my nails kept getting messed up, charged me $40 for nails that were definitely not worth it, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!Service: Manicure
