I was not happy with my service for many reasons. For some context I was getting large plaits (braids) with my natural hair only. My stylist Virginia/Regine was almost 30 minutes late to arrive. The wash consisted of her rubbing a mixture of conditioner and shampoo in my dry hair, combing it, then rinsing it out -this is NOT normal. She barely touched my scalp and my head still felt dirty. Between the blow dry she told me that detangling took too long and used that to justify an above average price for the service. The braids came out bad anyways. They stand in random directions, the parts are noticeably uneven, the ends look like they are already unraveling ( I requested rubber bands and she stated they would not be needed) and there is a weird residue that is visible the next day. I am actually embarrassed of my hair. Will not be going back. Please use a salon that is experienced with natural hair.

Terrible! I asked for my hair to be shoulder length with layers. She proceeded to put all my hair into a pony tail on the top of my head and cut straight across and told me I was good! All the tools were dirty and it wasn’t even the person I had my appointment with! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience getting my manicure, pedicure and hair cut. The service was very great and surprisingly they’re actually less expensive than the competition outside the mall.Of course there are different prices for different types hairs and services. The staff here are on their feet all day we should definitely respect them and pay market value.

The service after all is ok but the price is over charge. I got a simple hair cut for my 4 years old son and shampoo cut and style for my 9 year old daughter. The bill come up to $95 + $10 tip. So she charge $30 for my son and $65 for my daughter which same as the adult price. We usually paid $45 at our regular salon. I was going to come back to get my hair done but I don’t think I will ever come back after we paid the bill.

I went to get a mani and a pedicure, the young woman who attended me vas very kind but with stinky nails , I waited a short time and they attended me, the girl took more than “an hour” to clean my cuticles that were already clean because I wanted to leave quickly, I asked for a French and “when I look at my feet it seemed that a kindergartener had tried to do the work, and then she told me that she could not do hands and asked for help, another woman came, she said she had another client for hair and that she could not help me, everything was dirty, from their hands, I paid for the effort of the apprentice, but I came home angry and removed the polish from my nails. Don’t recommend if you want to dye your hair. While bleaching my hair I had told them that my scalp was burning and it hurt. They didn’t listen and said it was normal. To top it off I asked for a blue hair color but ended up with a green color with patches of yellow. They really don’t care about what you ask for. In fact I don’t thing they know what they are doing. They are just there to take our money for bad service.
