I found this shop while looking for a Korean hairdresser. I was so happy with the way she shampooed and cut my hair. At first she looked a bit hostile, but I think that was because she was uncomfortable with me since we have never met before. But later she became friendly and I really liked her. More than anything else, she is a great hairdresser. My hair is growing nicely and evenly three months after the cut. I will be going back again. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the price discrepancy between the price the receptionist (her husband) quoted with the information about my hair that I gave him (and what I wanted) and the actual charge. (it was about $10.00 difference, but I am not comfortable when unexpected things occur). I was so happy that I was going to tip her very generously, but the change in price made me a bit stingy and gave only $3.00. But she is by far the best haircut person in Edmond and the price is still reasonable (even with the difference included). I just recommended this hair shop to my colleague.

Went in on a Saturday..the person behind the counter didn’t acknowledge at all. Someone yelled from the back and came out saying it would be a bit of a wait.. the place was empty, no one in waiting area and no one in a chair getting cut. Then she went back to arranging flowers. I’m sure they’re great but that’s no way to do business.

K Great Cut has been a relief to find for our family’s haircuts. She’s cut my hair, my husband’s hair and my kid’s hair. She’s done a great job with all three. She’s super fast, the cut is as good a quality as any I’ve had at an expensive salon and her rates are unbeatable. Maybe the most amazing thing is that with all the customers I’m sure she gets, she remembered us and what we wanted in a cut the second time we came in. They’ve also had donuts every time I’ve been in there so my kid thinks it’s the best place ever.

First hair cut was 5 stars, second hair cut was 0. Cut three or more inches when I asked not to. Deep layers where there shouldn’t be and was uneven. I had to try to even it up myself when I got home. Pretty frustrating with much shorter hair and crazy layers that I didn’t ask for. I think it’s hit and miss with this one. Sometimes great, sometimes a disaster. Trust lost.

This lady is the BEST at cuts and coloring! She has cut my kid’s hair and my husband’s hair and we love every cut, every time! I referred her to my mother as well and my mother has probably been to every salon in Edmond and is hard to please when it comes to her hair. My mom loves her cut and color from K great cut and swears to never go anywhere else!!!
