Kemal is an amazing artist. He really knows how to cut hair. My 17 year old son did not know how to get a new style, and he got it. We also like this place beause its for the whole family, male and female. Definitely will go back!

I have been going to Kemal for a little over 3 years, and I have never been unpleased with the service or my haircut. My hair and beard are very important and I have had a few people screw it up. Kemal takes his time, listens to what you are looking for and knows the styles, fades and beards are no problem for him. I moved to Milwaukee last year and still come back. I promise you that you will be very happy with your haircut.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo RUDE!!! Unprofessional!!! I had scheduled an appointment called to confirm it an hour before to see if she was on time since i had to take time off from work and was told that she is going to be late and that Elena is no longer doing haircuts??? I asked the receptionist to check in if i should come little later but they hung up on me. I called back and they hung up again. I had scheduled an appointment called to confirm it an hour before to see if she was on time since i had to take time off from work and was told that she is going to be late and that Elena is no longer doing haircuts??? My girlfriend recently came in and she isn’t confrontational so she didn’t want to say anything, but she asked for a specific style and color and they said they couldn’t get her to that color which is understandable but they couldn’t even at least try to get her to the style she wanted or even something close to it. Don’t just straight reject a customers request cause you don’t think it’ll look good that’s not customer service. Disappointed the reviews were great but her overall experience was not good.

I have been coming to Elena for 15 years and she does a wonderful job. Petya or another stylist has also cut my hair and I’ve ALWAYS been pleased. They listen! Plus, I’ve brought in photos and they’ve suggested adjusting that look based on my face shape & how my hair grows. I appreciate that honesty!
