I wish I didn’t have to give a star rating because they do not deserve one. I went in just to get a dip removal and regular manicure. First off they had my nails soak in a bowl in pure acetone which dried out my fingers. Then the gentlemen that was helping me had left and had a woman named Q take over. I asked her to cut my nails down more but didn’t cut down to the way I wanted. I still have dip on my hands that I cannot get off and my nails look like trash. Good thing I have a filer and clippers at home. Waste of $30. Oh and not to mention they only take cash. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. They were rude and I’m 89% sure they have bed bugs because of the bite Mark’s my cousin and I had after leaving there. My nails are uneven and crooked. Some are square, some are round, some are completely painted. Most are not, some are short to my finger some are long. I tried to tell them what was wrong with them but instead of fixing them, they were disrespectful. Even after being talked to that way, I remained cool and asked them if they could just take them back off and I’d keep my money but they refused. Save your money and time. Wal mart hurt my fingers but my nails always looked good. Try there.

The service was horrible… I have so many hang nails, bleeding cuticles, and a flaking finish. I’m tempted to dispute the service with my credit card provider. My younger sister and I went for manicures for prom and they botched up our nails. I’ve had a full hand of nails come off in four days time. Before we left I told the woman I didn’t like the French set she gave me, there were lumps in the acrylic/bubbles in the gel on top… they even tried to charge us two different prices for the exact same manicure! They told a lady next to us a different price as well. My French tips are lopsided and look so dumb, they had no idea what coffin shape was or stiletto. This place barely spoke English and I had to settle for French tip acrylic. Don’t waste your money here.

Went to get a pedicure and refill…the pedicure took all of 10 minutes. My toenails were misshapened and cut uneven. The polish was thrown on and I had finger nail polish was all over my toes. She did not try to even clean the polish that was dripping on the sides. I was so mad that I wanted to cry. YES I paid for my pedicure and he wanted to fix it but by that time I just wanted to leave. I don’t know how other people are treated but I didn’t like it and will never step foot in there again.

The lady in this shop needs more experience when it comes to doing nails. She’s good with pedicures and eyebrows but nails no. Just got my nails done which were supposed to be a ombré look but she gave me French tip. The nails were crooked and not even Also she didn’t clean up around or under the nail so there’s dried acrylic under my nail. I asked her nicely to fix my nails and she got an attitude and started being rough with my hands. I will never spend $35 for her to mess up my nails. Worst experience ever !!

I been going to this nail shop since 2009 and I’m always pleased they do my nails exactly how I want them. And most times I just let them do whatever they like as in color and shape. Prices is decent service is good.
