Worst experience I ever had. This was my nails after getting a new full set with gel French. I paid $65. These people are not friendly, they nickel and dime you for everything. I will NEVER go back there and neither should you. I had an appt at 1030, got there at 1020 and she already had another service she just started. Very unprofessional . I wanted my nails to look good for my vacation. What a bust

I went here for the first time in December and got an amazing manicure and pedicure. However I went back to get a fill a few weeks ago and it was awful. My nails were very thick, uneven, and bumpy. I have never gotten a manicure like that before so I won’t be returning. Not to mention I was charged nearly $60 (before tip) for a FILL. I am okay with paying more for good quality but it was such a bad manicure I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t wait until I could go somewhere else to get them redone.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been here before and it’s a hit or miss.I came in on a monday and I dont know if the woman was new or not but my nail fill was sloppy and my nail looked crooked.I asked for oval and they’re each a different width and length.What really got me upset and made me write this was when I pointed out one nail wasnt rounded, it had a straight edge at the tip. She got frustrated with me, handed me the nail file and told me to do it.It was so unprofessional and the whole reason I pay to have my nails done is for it to look professional and have a licensed person do it.
