As I pulled up, I witnessed the nail lady literally beating her daughter with a broom. When she realized I was parking in front of her business she stopped and ran inside. I went inside and she acted like I didn’t see a thing. Normally I would co time to go through with getting service done but no one else was open. During the visit, she had a huge fan blowing on me because they didn’t have AC, the water was cold for the pedicure (I did ask her to warm it up and she looked at me like she didn’t understand) ,she was extremely rough and nicked me three times. I asked her to go easy and she just blew me off because she nicked me again.n it to mention she had my seat uo really close so I couldn’t relax and my knees and ankles were positioned in a really weird place that was not comfortable and if I readjusted them she put my feel back in the same uncomfortable position. The place wasn’t clean either. I don’t recommend this place at all, even if your nails look like they belong in a wolf… wait until your usual place it’s open.

I gave KD Nails a try a few months ago after getting tired of the ridiculous prices at the place I had been using. I’ve been nothing but happy with the service. The last time I went, there was a new (or so I assumed) nail tech who started my pedicure, and who seemed a bit uncertain about what she was doing, but the owner was keeping an eye on her as she finished another client’s pedicure. The owner then finished my pedicure and did a great job, as always. She’s very friendly, and even though I hadn’t been in for almost two months, she remembered me, which is always nice.

I keep coming back to this place because the lady really does a good job… But she is awfully rude!! Today she cut me and I pulled my foot away from her and she pulled it right back and did not say a word, an “I’m sorry”, nothing! I hope she reads this review because she could have much more customers if she wasn’t so impolite. If any of the nail places in town had someone as good and polite I would be a loyal customer for life!

Worst experience ever. Female nail tech is extremely rude and very rough with manicure. She kept yanking my hand and saying “you are messing up manicure already”. She will not talk to you, nor will she utter a thank you even after i tipped her, what a fool i was. The place was empty and now i can see why. horrilbe vibe, very uncomfortable 20 minute experience. Too many nail salons to be treating customers like this. Do yourself a favor and do not go to KD nails.

Don’t waste your money here!! Never been to this salon before until today. My usual nail salon was to busy and needed a manicure fast so tired another salon. Bad choice. I walked in and it was empty would can be explained probably from the rude and quite frankly nasty technician. She did not say a word to me the entire time, especially after I paid her. Not a “Thank you” or anything. If you want to get treated poorly and get a slack manicure this is the place for you.

Where do I start?? I had stopped by once before and they weren’t open… frankly they are rarely open. The hours on the front don’t reflect their open times. I went there a second time (in a rush) and there was one technician in there, the place is small and no upkeep. So I wasn’t surprised they were empty. It’s cold in there no tv on no music in the background playing… just eerily quiet. I went in for a fill in and a pedicure, she was rough and was trying to finish as fast as she could. It was 6:30pm on a Thursday and she was trying to rush out. She didn’t let me dry my nails on a fan or under the light. She just charged me and started closing down before she was even done. Never going there again.
