Alexa knocked it out of the park. She was kind and confident and understood what I wanted more than I did myself. Her attention to detail on my curls was spot on. Honestly no one has taken that good of care of my curls ever. I always have to go home and re-style my hair before I know how I feel about it but I left today feeling amazing.

First time at this salon and Courtney was amazing! She totally understood how I wanted my hair cut. I walked out of there with the best hair cut I’ve gotten in years! The receptionist was very kind too. They don’t accept gratuity, which is crazy to think! But it shows that they are there for their clients and not to push all the expensive hair products on you to buy. I will definitely be a repeat client here!

Wow. This place is awesome! Courtney was hands-down the BEST head massage I’ve ever gotten. She really listened to what I wanted and my hair looked just like the picture I showed her! She took her time explaining to me how to do it on my own at home and also offered for me to bring my own curling iron to show show me how to use it! Great service and very clean, very friendly staff.

After months of quarantining, I really needed a haircut. I found this place on Google, checked their Covid safety measures, and booked an appointment. My appointment was with Victoria who did an amazing job cutting my hair. She was great at interpreting my general ideas of what I wanted and my hair looked amazing afterward. I just went back for a balayage from her and it looks amazing as well!

I thought my haircut was decent when I left. And then I got home. When I shampooed and did it myself, I realized it was pretty awful and not really what I asked for. After a long summer and a tough cross country move, I needed a cut and to feel like an attractive human being again. Yeah, no such luck. It’s not AWFUL, but for $75 and all the great reviews, I expected much better. I didn’t want layers, just a softening of my ends and I got some intense layers, which does not work with my hair. I wasn’t given a mirror to check out the back prior to leaving and I was flustered so didn’t really notice the intense V cut into my hair, which again, I did not ask for and does not work with my hair. I felt sorta rushed out, as I was the last appointment on Friday afternoon, and I don’t feel like the stylist actually heard what I was saying I wanted. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated; can’t wait for it to grow a little so I can go elsewhere to have it cut the way I want. It’s going to be an annoying couple months and I’m going to need to pay for another cut way sooner than I normally would to get it how I want. Usually have luck with Aveda salons – not this time.
