As a new customer, I’m very disappointed with the service. I was looking forward to using Kassy for the first time, which was not a pleasant experience. First and foremost, I live 35 minutes away from the location, and given that I put in a $13 deposit, I felt like it was a guaranteed appointment. The appointments lasted 25 minutes, and I was seven minutes late due to taking my children to camp and their babysitter so that I could have some time for myself. Immediately upon coming in, Kassy didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask me anything, or greet me like you would a new customer. The first thing that she spoke immediately after I came in was your appointment was canceled. What other day can you come in? This is the first location I’ve ever been to where someone behaves that way. It was indeed a disappointing experience. Did not meet the expectations of the reviews beforehand. I will return to my regular destiny and wax Venue in Victoria. K. Beaute is Not a women-friendly location.

Love going to see Kassy! Ive been seeing her for a few years now for lash lifts and I always leave satisfied. I now get my brows threaded by her and would never let anyone else touch them! She’s always professional, and you will always leave happy! Highly recommend!

Honestly the best eyelash lift I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting them done for almost 10 years. Eyebrow threading is usually unpleasant but at K.Beaute I have no complaints, it’s fast and my eyebrows look wonderful after. Highly recommend for any lash/brow needs!
