Very expensive for the quality of work they do. I had to ask three times for them to clean up my cuticle area correctly. You couldn’t even tell I had a pedicure looked like I painted my nails at home. Quality of the nail polish they used was poor. Started coming up immediately. When I asked them to fix it they got irritated with me and tried to paint over it with the same color which started to come up again and I had to switch colors. Just over all poor experience. Poor customer service and poor quality of work for how expensive they are.

I was way overcharges. I asked for a regular set of acrylics and they did gels and charged me extra for them. They when I asked how much to do the very simple design I was told $5 they charged me $20. So a $45 set of nails cost me $75 plus tip. When questioned about it they got angry and yelled at me. I had my first pedicure at K B Nails a couple days ago. I got the $40 pedicure. That included hot wax on my feet and rubbing hot stones on my legs….. it was a pleasant experience and I was happy with the job she did.

They are very lovely staff but honestly their work is very poor, I got a full set and some nails were bumpy and some flat. I went back hoping to just get everything fixed and they were very mad that I went back plus hurt my nail with the electric file. I took my daughter and her friend to get acrylics today. I called at 2:30 and asked if they had time for both of them as they close at 4. The woman on the phone said yes and I told her we would be there in 20 minutes. When I picked the girls up at 4:25 at Starbucks they were very upset. They said the woman was in a hurry the whole time. She didn’t shave them down enough and they are super thick in many places. The gel polish job is messy and all over the skin. And the worst part is she cut my daughter’s friend’s finger pretty bad. She made them both pay $45 even though my daughter’s job was much better. I would have gone in there right away, but they were already closed. I will be calling tomorrow.

The employees were nice but the lady who did my nail has a difficulty shaping them. The next time I went I tried a different shape thinking it would be easier for her, I was wrong. She did star and stripes for the 4th of July. After a week the top coat started peeling off along with the design. When I went back for the 3rd time I showed them, they had a conversation between themselves didn’t even offer a discount. While I was there they lady in charge argued with some other customers who they totally had confused. Not except able!!! It’s only been a week and my nails are breaking and peeling, I’ve been doing dip for years and have never had any problems.
