Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to REFILL my sns. To begin the process she removed ALL my tips and was ripping my nails off to the point my thumb began to bleed.I asked if she had black glitter with colors like the model I was shown (white, blue, purple, red, green) she proceeded to try to convince me this was it. The glitter doesn’t even show up.My nail shape was not almond (I honestly don’t even know what to call this) and very bumpy to the point she fixed it after payment because she saw how unhappy I was about the service. This was the worst nail experience. My daughter’s nails were all different lengths. Her friend’s nails were completely misshapen and different lengths and lumpy. Mine didn’t even get finished. To remove the old SNS, they used the drill only which began to burn and was taking my nails down to nothing. I asked them to soak them off twice before they finally wrapped them and then the girl walked off and never came back. I took the wraps off myself after about five minutes but she never came back to actually do my nails…. Then they had the nerve to tell me if I came back tomorrow, they could finish them. No thanks!

I normally come here because they give me a great price and this is the first time i’ve had a bad experience, but i will NOT be returning. An older lady did my nails and cut 4 of my fingers in the process. i was debating leaving a review, but it is the day after and my fingers are in terrible pain and are continuing to bleed. One cuticle is infected. this has NEVER happened to me before, i jumped twice out of pain while getting my tips. The rest of the service hurt but i sat through it…. disappointed that i did. i should have got up and left i knew that something wasn’t right. I had to ask her to fix most of my nails due to a poor filing job, and still had to go home and file them myself to fix them.

I had two friends, myself and my granddaughter show up without appointments and they got us in, on a Saturday morning. The pedicures were great, no issues and the shop was clean and the ladies were nice. Would definitely come back again.

I have been coming to this salon for years but feel the service has really declined. My daughter and I came in today and I got a deluxe pedicure and my daughter a set of acrylic nails. On my pedi the girl was rushing and skipped my 10 min leg message. When I asked her she said she had did it—-which she did not. My daughters nails are a mess. The lady cut 3 of my daughters fingers in the process. We will not be returning.

But besides her personality my nails look absolutely horrible. I paid $87 to basically go home and redo my nails on my own. Pedicure was good but done by a different technician. Avoid “Trish” for doing nails. She ended up giving me dip powder when I asked for gel. Not sure how you can mess up dip powder but she did. My nails are lumpy and uneven. Probably the worst nail service I’ve ever had. Super rude technician that barely even looked me in the eye. But besides her personality my nails look absolutely horrible. I paid $87 to basically go home and redo my nails on my own. Pedicure was good but done by a different technician. Avoid “Trish” for doing nails. Stopped in just for an SNS removal because I didn’t have time to go to my normal salon. The woman asked me about 45 times if I wanted to add any other services, to which I repeatedly said no. She then ignored me the rest of the time, drilled too deep on my nail and it hurt, and had me soak my fingertips in a bowl of acetone because she was apparently too lazy to put the foils on which is the correct way to do it. My nails still have residue on them and look super dry. Would never trust them with any service again.

Services were just OK! My daughter and I went in on Mother’s Day and they were not busy at all but didn’t have enough technicians so we waited….not a big deal. We had pedicures and manicures. We were not asked what kind of pedicure/manicure we wanted. They just went to work and didn’t talk or look at us the entire time. When it came to the manicure, it was so rushed as more people were waiting. Wasn’t a nice experience and I won’t be back. Nails look fine but customer service was mediocre.

I had to find someone else to fix it. Like I said this is was few years ago so yesterday I was in the area and it was evening before first day of school. Surly, I thought first experience was just one time thing and this time we can get someone else to cut his hair. Well, it was different lady but we ended up with same horrible haircut! Plus they made us wait almost hour and half for the turn . And this is was right before first day of school evening, my son was in tears this morning because of his hair .
