So this was my go to nail salon because it was closer to me and the prices were not bad . Then as I went into the summer time and obviously the nail salon became busier and each time my nails got worse and worse every single time. The latest time that I went there, I was in the nail salon three times in four days because the nail technician was not putting enough glue on my nails and they were just coming straight off. they weren’t breaking, they were just coming straight off my nail. I understand that you’re busy but do not compromise the nails because you’re understaffed.

I started going to this salon 4-5 years ago and they used to be amazing, it was my go-to nail salon. It’s pretty obvious that their quality has gone really downhill. They rush your mani-pedis and pay no attention to any sort of detail. While I can understand if they’re super busy and have many clients waiting, this has happened while the salon was empty and I was the only customer there!They’re always distracted with talking on the phone or chatting amongst each other, which normally I would have no problem with. But, when I have to tell them a few times what I want, then it’s an issue. Getting my nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience for me but instead I’m stressing and watching the nail technicians to make sure they’re doing at least a decent job. I know this isn’t a one-time issue too. The last few times I’ve been here, I’ve had the same negative experiences. I give up on this salon. It’s not what it used to be. Don’t waste your money here!

I liked the clean atmosphere of the place. The woman there seem nice. One asked my mother is she was going to give her a five dollar tip. The woman I had did my acrylics one nail is not straight, she didn’t paint my whole ring finger. Missed the corners or the nail. She also was on the phone the whole time which is extremely rude.
