They did a great job but charged us twice for the same services & she knew what she was doing. I gave her a $100 bill. She gave me $30 change. I gave her a $10 tip. (Our Pedis were $35 each). I thought I was paying for my friend. Then my friend came up to pay the tip (I assumed) they charged her $35 too. So we got screwed over & I don’t live in Marble Falls to go get a refund.

Made an appointment. Came for an acrylic fill French tip and this is what I left with. She was on the phone the entire time. Then gets up to do someone else’s nails and never came back.

Sat in a chair soaking my hands in straight acetone for 45 minutes- basically until my fingers were burning. Lady came over and criticized me for taking my hands out. I told her it burned. She rushed through the manicure process. Got up roughly 10 times to do other things (in middle of my service). Never actually spoke to me other than asking where I got my nails done prior to this visit. Ironically, it was at KB Nails a couple weeks ago. The last visit here went really well actually, but this visit went terribly wrong. I will not be returning. Picture included with end result.
