Absolutely terrible. Everything from the nails to the customer service. I showed them what I wanted and they was ok with it but when it got to the undertone of my nails I told them to leave it clear and they argued me up and down saying how they have a degree and know what they are doing . They also said how it’ll be ugly if I do it that way never mind I’ve done it that way for the past year and a half . I wanted a simple design and they messed that up . The paint is lop sided and just all around a no for me . I will never and I mean NEVER cheat on my nail tech at Hannah’s nails and spa .. the first is what I wanted the second is what I got . The undertone doesn’t match not even in the slightest . I now have to pay more $$ for Hannah’s to fix the paint ontop of the $55 I’ve already paid . This is ridiculous. I work with people all day CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT HARD !!

pedicure was relaxing for the most part she wws going a little to hard and now i have to infected toe nails after going to them . btw it’s my first time … manicure was good he was very rude with it dough and offered water to help ♀️. nails came out right but they broke within a week now i’m down to 3 broke and i went like a week ago. Only paid $60 for both but at the same till rude aggressive and now have to go to the doctor tomorrow for both of my big toes being infected .
