Kieth did a beautiful job on my nails. He was fast, friendly, and funny! I’ve never had a set of nails this pretty. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the skill the technicians have. Kieth takes his time perfecting the shape of the nail as well as the design. Keith’s work is truly a work of art and his skills are the best I’ve seen in this area. I’ve been coming to this salon since the doors opened. I’m never disappointed with Keith or Amy’s work. This is the first place where I’ve felt all I have to do is sit down and leave the rest in their hands. My only suggestion is to please call and make an appointment so you can receive all the creativity they have to offer!!!

The woman who did my nails not only achieved the exact look I was going for, but she took her time to make sure they were even verses rushing me out the door. I started coming to KA nails about 7 months ago. Everything was always so good as far as the service, quality, friendliness. One day that all changed without any rhyme or reason. I started to feel like I was unwanted here. The friendliness turned into nothing short of terrible service and an awful attitude towards me. I am currently writing this as I sit right here in this chair at KA nails because I called and made an appointment and keith told me to come right in. But once he saw who I was he turned me down and told me that he cannot do my nails again without any reasoning. I am angry. I am upset. The owners of this place are absolutely disgusting people. I would NEVER in my life recommend anyone to get their services done at this place.

I’m never one to ever complain, especially working in customer service but I have to just say how disgusted I am by this place. First time I was there Keith treated me like royalty then I was shipped off to someone else when having an appointment made with him. He didn’t even ask if it was ok just acted like it was normal I had an appointment with him but someone else was doing my nails. I refereed my friend there and she had an appointment scheduled with him for weeks and she was so excited, first time there and he did it too her too. Both of our nails are lifting and popping off within a week. We are absolutely disgusted and unfortunately never going back again. Coming from one business owner to the other this is not how you treat your clientele , absolutely ridiculous.
