Place was bad waiting area smelled bad and there was dog and cat hair everyway in waiting area, on books, decorations, walls etc.. I could barely breath in there. People/friends were talking to workers when I came in with my dog to get services, didn’t acknowledge me kust kept on talking?? Women didn’t write down any information on my dog name, weight etc… even though I tried to have her do it. Seemed rather pricey also compared to other dog groomers been to . I was trying to find one closer to home but I don’t think I’d return there again to rude and way judgemental for me!! Never again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are very rude all I wanted was an appointment and they started yelling at me that they don’t take new puppies. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also it is very unsanitary in the waiting area!

Lisa is the best. She is so knowledgeable and puts so much care into every client. Our 5yo Springer has been going to Lisa 2-3 times a year since he was a puppy and he is so comfortable there, we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Our pups know when we are going to the groomer. They LOVE it there, Ashley is amazing with our 2. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are in business. Lisa, the owner, is extremely knowledgable on all things dog and an excellenttrainer.

Rachel is always so sweet and caring with our dog, Cody, who isn’t exactly thrilled to be there. She always greets us with a smile and really helps Cody calm down, plus he looks fantastic after I pick him up. My grandma took her dogs here and I will be taking all my future dogs here too!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismTook my dog for a grooming, since i was looking for someone closer to home to groom my dog.I groom my dog pretty regularly. If it were good service she would of had a long standing customer!This lady is mean! Because I was not a regular she scooted me over and told me to make way for another persons dog. Picked up my dog and she was rude. Sad she is the only one in Whitewater I know of. Weird. Its not worth the stress of taking him there. My dog is anxious and a big baby that is very dramatic. She’s very vocal when it comes to other dogs because she gets so excited, because of this I am always so so nervous how the groomers will react. Took her there today to get her nails trimmed.They did an excellent job handling her and her nails especially cause I fell behind in getting them cut! In and out and couldn’t be happier! Thank you for handling my baby with care!
